She decided to have WLS a few years ago and was going really well. In fact she was only 5 kg off her goal weight until she faced a stressful life event that sabotaged her success and her old ways started to sneak back in.

1. Open iTunes on your computer.
2. In the Podcast Store, search “Reverse The Relapse”

7. Click Submit.
