We tell ourselves that we just LOVE food, but until we understand the deeper reason behind why we overeat, we will continue to gain weight and have an unbalanced relationship with food.
But the way to change is different to what you think
What you’ve done in the past hasn’t worked.
What you’re doing now, isn’t working.
It never will.
To change and heal, you need to identify why you are eating.

I didn’t realise at the time that it was all driven by fear and anxiety.
You don’t need to get caught in this destructive way of thinking that food is either good or bad or you’ll never have a balanced relationship with food.
I call it All or Nothing Thinking, and it’s one of the six key blocks and barriers I’ve identified that stop women from losing weight!read more
