Are You Telling Yourself You’re Either ‘Good’ or ‘Bad’ Every Time You Eat?

I used to be out of control around food on the weekends and then promising myself I’d be good again come Monday morning.

I would move back and forth between being in control around food (counting, restricting, depriving, obsessing) to full blown sabotage and being out of control.

I could never get on top of my relationship with food or my weight.

I didn’t realise at the time that it was all driven by fear and anxiety.

You don’t need to get caught in this destructive way of thinking that food is either good or bad or you’ll never have a balanced relationship with food.

I call it All or Nothing Thinking, and it’s one of the six key blocks and barriers I’ve identified that stop women from losing weight!
